Microwave Cooking Instructions:

1. Place one pouch in microwave, carefully following directions printed on the pouch to keep THIS SIDE UP during cooking. 

2. Microwave on HIGH for 31/2 to 4 minutes. 

3. Let pouch stand for one minute after cooking; then, tear open pouch and serve. 

Important Note: the power of microwave ovens varies. You may have to adjust cooking time. See directions on pouch. 

Bake/Broil Cooking Instructions:

To Bake: Thaw in refrigerator for 4-6 hours before cooking. Remove fish from plastic packaging. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees and apply non-stick cooking spray to baking dish. Place fish in dish and bake for approximately 9 to 12 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.

To Broil: Thaw in refrigerator for 4-6 hours before cooking. Remove fish from plastic packaging. Set oven to broil. Place fish in pan approximately 4 to 5 inches from heat. Broil for approximately 5 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
