Handling & Preparation:

To thaw, remove all plastic packaging before thawing. Thaw covered in refrigerator for 4-6 hours.

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees and apply nonstick cooking spray to baking dish. Place fish in dish and season as desired. Refer to Recipe Page for suggestions. Bake for approximately 9-12 minutes until fish is opaque and flakes easily at the thickest part.
